Tailoring
Tailored algorithm and bespoke scoring
Each Performance through Learning programme is developed to suit the specific context and needs. The essential ingredients are proven but how they are applied is unique for each organisation.

A good example of tailoring is Planit-Sefton, where we tuned the Planit-nw learning-simulation to meet the needs of Sefton MBC. The original algorithm was tuned to the Sefton Community Strategy. We also provided Train-the-Trainer workshops and mentoring to ensure that a programme could be rolled out throughout the council.
