Our studies have shown that PtL improves generic skills such as communication, team working, problem solving and decision-making. EEF / NOP World Skills Survey states that these skills translate into reduced operating costs, improved product quality, ability to work with disparate teams and partners, and the ability to take on new processes.

The approach offers the best of traditional and electronic methods and helps Individuals look at the organisation in a wider context and consider cross-cutting themes and to improve their generic / core skill.
