Planit-Shared learning simulation (serious game)
Planit-Shared models two local authorities. Teams play services, corporate, stakeholders (unions and citizens) and external partners. Improvement needs to be achieved while dealing with a financial medium term gap - more with less. The two authorities can look at shared services, but they will need to consider human resource issues. Planit-Shared can be used in local council member and officer training, strategic planning & implementation, and assessing shared services.
