Organisational Transactional Analysis
Transactional Analysis is a social psychology that encompasses a wide range of theories
and techniques that can be used by individuals, groups, organisations and partnerships
to enable them to reach their full potential.
Its applications include improving communications, management, personality, relationships
and behaviour.
pixelfountain combines its learning simulations with the theory of Transactional
Analysis to create truly transformational learning programmes for groups, teams and
organisations and partnerships.
Learning simulations provide a situated learning framework where delegates are immersed
in a virtual world where they can explore their communication, working styles and
how they relate to others. Then they can co-create new ways of working. We can deliver
our existing learning programmes or we can develop a bespoke programmes to fit the
needs of your team and organisation.
