The workshop was spread over a complete day. The Policy and Programmes team along
with a number of guest speakers delivered the morning session. The afternoon was
run in the main by pixelfountain and utilised their learning simulation (serious
game) Planit-
After the Learning Simulation we began the process of policy review using a facilitated discussion based around a Mind Map. The ascertained responses were combined with our ‘Making it Happen’ questionnaire and general workshop, to form a report.
The report was ultimately used to help write the Business Plan.
