What You Need
The learning simulations are flexible to use, as they run on one laptop and the delegates use worksheets to record decisions. As such, your workshops can be run in a standard training room.

- Worksheets for use during the workshop.
- Support exercises and feedback forms to get the most out of the session.
- Upgrades: the simulations are typically updated on a yearly basis.
Powerful yet Ease to Use Learning Simulations
The delegate are divided into a number of teams, who take on roles within the learning simulation. They play 3 or 4 rounds (simulated years in the life of a virtual community). The rounds are structured around plan > do > review. The round structure creates natural break points in the game play. This ensures that the delegates can share learning experiences at a group level as well as within their individual teams.
Plan
- Consider the main graphic, which shows a virtual community with problems.
- Investigate reports which shows cause & effect and impact of their decisions.
Review
- The main graphic and reports changes.
- Incidents may trigger.
- The score shows how the teams have collectively performed.
- The delegates reflect on the the impact their decisions.
Do
- The teams invest their budgets.
- Negotiate with other teams and generate win-
wins. - Present decisions to the whole group.
- The purchases are input into the simulation.
